You are thinking of the 600rr. I have owned two 1000rr's and they definitely come stock with slipper clutches.

honda has never, never been about big hp numbers........so i'm a little confused as to why its dissapointing?

this will be the 4th year of this generation.......if history serves itself correctly.....2012 should be seeing a new honda cbr1krr or atleast an updated version of this one

Honestly this is an awesome bike as it is. The only changes I think it would need is TC and a lighter ABS (lbs), while not high in HP it makes it in the right places.
