2011 PNW Picture Game - Page 23

Forgive me, then. That rule wasn't declared in the first of these games, in which I participated, so I didn't even read the first post. Today's a nice day; I'm sure someone can find an unusual speed sign with a bike and a camera.

Otherwise, I'll post a pic with my car in front of a 12MPH sign, with snow falling and ground covered.

I understand what your trying to do with that list an its q great idea however please don't make it a rule as some of us may not won't to or don't have time to. I use my phone alot an ill try to when I get to it. Again great idea.

Personally I don't mined a repeat challenge now and then, the purpose is to get out and ride and have fun.

I know alot of people use there phones and i will update the challenge part of the list and the photos when i can. Not saying we can't repeat challenges but its always nice to have a reference list.

I don't see the point of having a seperate thread for this. A post that can be edited and maintained (to list past challenges or whatever) is perfectly sufficient.

this is the local KTM dealer here in Wenatchee. they have the Yamaha sign on the building because they sell Yamaha water craft. the Yamaha motorcycle dealer is owned by Legend harley and the two are not associated. next up:

US Forest Service fire lookout tower

I vote its to early in the year for this challenge. to much mud for my sport bike.

i rode to this tower on Highway 97A, which can be seen in the foreground of the picture. i'm actually standing on the opposite side of the highway. i thought maybe someone in the central WA area would pickup on this and do a ride to the Columbia River Breaks Fire Interpretive Center and thus get the pick that i did. the Center is located in Entiat, WA. they actually have three towers on site. this particular tower was built on Chelan Butte, and was manned most of the fire seasons until the 1970's or 80's. it was dismantled and moved to this site. stop on your way to Chelan. they have a trail that goes to the different towers and explains wild fires-central washington style. next up-a pic of the bikes at your bike night. minimum three bikes, sound good?

Thanks for finding this one because city folk and non-mountain folk don't seem
to have anything like that available, especially with snow-in-the-mountains.
