Well I got tied up workin so I did not get to it, but this pic certainly has a level of dedication to the game one can respect..... Or mabey he just likes playing with fire. either way its all good.

If you want to accept it then the next tag would be:
Your bike next to the Puget Sound Safety Head Quarters office (Yes you have to go up the driveway and take a photo with the banner on the side of the building). Its ok I promise, they are even nice people. Stop in and say hi (no this is not a plug for a business, no this doesnt break any rules).

You cannot make a location dependent challenge. It has to be something that anybody in the world can do. I don't have the time to ride to Puget Sound to get this picture. Something more vague.

There's nothing in the rules that says it can't be a specific location so the challenge is valid. If after one week the challenge has not been fulfilled, you can ask for a new one (per the actual rules everyone else is playing by).

No official rule no but the whole premise of the game is for anybody and every body to be able to play. With a challenge like this it eliminates 70% of the people willing to participate. If it makes any difference we can vote and I'll start it off with a no, new challenge and adjustment to the "rules".
