Ok so the other thread seems to have died, so here is the new 2012 thread. Same rules as before, lets get this started because I need a reason to ride.

Rules:

1) After 3 days, the person who made the challenge can post their own picture and pick another topic.

2) If a challenge is not met after 1 week a new topic is picked.

3) If a pic is in dispute, it needs 3 yes votes to be accepted.

4) After any comment, please put the current challenge at the bottom so everyone can stay up to date.

5) Pictures must be taken OFF of the bike.

6) Pictures must be taken AFTER the challenge. Rare exceptions such as pictures taken on the day BEFORE the challenge may be accepted only by 3 acceptance votes.

7) Cages may be used instead of our bikes If and ONLY IF there is snow.

The following types of challenges are not allowed:

* action shots
* challenges involving other people
* duplicate challenges
* illegal challenges


9) If a picture has been posted but a new challenge has not been picked, the current challenge is still active until (a) new challenge has been picked or (b) another rider posts another picture satisfying the challenge and picks a new challenge.

Question, can we repeat challenges previously done in 2011? For example could we do "your bike with a police car"? Or "motorcycle parking only". If so I vote first challenge next to a police CAR, if not then a police SUV.

I don't agree with the repeating - it's about getting out, not using old photos. I vote against. And don't forget (two out of three did) rule No. 4: to put the current challenge at the bottom of your post. It keeps people from having to dig around to find it.

If someone is using old photos then they are not getting out, and therefore only depriving themselves of getting out and riding, so what's it really hurt. Old topic, new topic who gives a shit?

Word, as long as they are not obviously reused photos, hell yes. Maybe a different spot with the same kind of tag? Like, Bike in a skatepark? There are a ton of good ones that need new tags associated with them.

Also, this kicks ass because of the lack of geographical constraints.
Yeah!

And Rule No. 4 owns people.
It got me a few times.
