| Newbie Joined: Feb 2012 From: Corvallis | What to wear out there plus bike question I am about to purchase a used BMW R1100RT to use for touring the pacific NW and likely to end up anywhere from the high desert in the heat to the cold and rainy high mountains of BC. My question concerns what the optimal riding gear might look like. Suggestions? Also advice on particularly what bike has had problems or special features would be appreciated. |
