Stolen Yellow 996 Mono 06-06-2012 WA Lisc 987508

Stolen from my house in West Seattle yesterday 06-06-2012. Its a Biposto with a mono tail (note the rear set) It has a carbon front and rear fenders, 996S tripple clamp, and the Termgnoni slip ons. 3600 miles. I suspect it was stolen with a fresh cut key. My neighbor thinks he heard it ride off around noon. It had liability only on it so I am taking it in the shorts here. 2o6 3o4-12i7

Definitely a nice bike, won't have a problem identifying it if seen. Now the $64 dollar question, you have insurance, "Yes" ???

Eyes open in B-Town. I thought I saw one (Yellow Duck) on CL yesterday but don't see it today.

Might have been your add there reporting the theft.

SPD said today statistcally there is a 1 in 300 chance of a motorcycle, any motorcycle being recovered in one piece.

You've got eyes in the Renton/Newcastle area. Do you care about a broken clip on? A bat to the thief's throttle on would help slow them down.

As long as the rider doesn't walk away, I am good with the bike being scraped up with a shovel

Ahh man that sux op. I get calls from time to time from random peeps selling Ducati bits and/or bikes of all types. Will for certain have my radar on.

What do you suppose replacement cost is?

If the Riding community were Very Cautious/Suspicious on good deal bikes/parts. The Ass Hat's would bout be out of business. But I guess stuff can be shipped out of the US. PS as far as broken wrist, too easy; I can think of better, methods of rehabiliation...AJ
