I assumed it was BS too so I sent the pic to my friend who restores Citroen 2CVs. I figured he'd dispel the parts as not even being from a Citroen. He's actually seen this machine with his own eyes. Look, the guy was French. So he operates with great resourcefulness and completely outside the realm of whether it makes any sense. Hell, look at a 2CV. It was obviously designed without even a glance at other cars. |

I've seen build off choppers using it, so it does work. The french words in the pic you post says the differential is blocked on that side so it causes the other side to drive. |
