a) Maybe not, but it's hard to argue that it would certainly slow you down. Is that okay?
b)How do you decide which vehicles should have the full right of way to a public roadway? What set of logic makes that choice okay? Had they been in groups of 4-5, it would have taken them longer to get where they were going. But nobody would have been stopped completely by blocked traffic. Traffic in general would have been a little slower, due to just the general congestion. But everyone that is part of the congestion, has the right to be traveling on that roadway at that time. By your logic, any time an interstate becomes congested, some traffic should be completely stopped, so that other traffic can pass through without congestion? |
