Probably.

I did have a pretty good concussion. I thought we were going pretty slow, watched you jump the grand canyon and slowed down.

Maybe I did hit my head harder than I thought.

You mean people don't do that all the time?

Take the insurance check from your new totaled bike and buy a Hypermotard! Better for our shitty PNW roads.

Sue Ducati as well, they should have engineered the bike to handle situations like this. Go ahead and take your tire manufacture down for the lack of grip, he'll blame it on glare and go after the helmet/visor company too.

In all seriousness, glad you are ok.

If you look at the shadow at 0:50 seconds, you will see it is a GoPro. Anyways, you were going too fast. If you see anything wrong with the road, you should slow down. THIS ISN'T THE TRACK!!!!

To go aginst the grain. I think you should sue. We all need another funny thread to read.

Should of been on a Honda. It would of handled that road. Squids shouldnt let squids ride ducs.

Really? Not even close to the same thing.
He went too fast and fell off his bike after hitting a shitty spot in the road.
So I guess if I went down High Bridge at 80mph and crashed because of the gravel? That would the states fault too?
Gezzzz!!

Well this thread looks like it's been beat to death already. But since I didn't notice it being mentioned, had your suspension been properly setup for your weight?? People generally try to avoid hitting the frost heaves, but they do end up getting rode over all the time. If you were going a somewhat reasonable speed. And didn't have the front wheel turned at some strange angle when it made contact. Then I don't think that should of happened.

Sorry to hear about your wreck.

OK, you guys that scout out the road before you rail it. What do you do when you come back ripping the curves to find an elk/deer/coon/possum/squirl standing in the road? Sue the wildlife?

NEVER drive beyond your sight distance, NEVER.

Somebody here was going to produce some boots with a handy traction detection feature. Maybe try those in the future....

Excellent. Now let's assume you're on a strict budget and you can't afford the traction detecting boots... there is the good old fashioned way...

how real men test road traction

Obligatory:

Never knowingly repped a lawyer before.

Your entitled to everything and don’t let anybody tell you different. It’s not your fault you crashed, you didn’t build that road, it’s not your fault you crashed you didn’t build that motorcycle, it’s not your fault you were going too fast you didn’t build that speed limit sign, it’s not your fault you crashed you didn’t buy that motorcycle. Are you kidding everything that happens to you is somebody else’s fault. Don’t take responsibility for your actions, you can’t be held responsible for what you do; it has to be someone else that’s at fault.

Geez you Liberal dip shit, stand on your own two feet , take responsibility for your fuck up, and pay your insurance deductable, maybe buy a Harley so you won’t be able to ride faster than the speed limit. Or just drive your Prius.

I just read what I wrote to my family, and my daughter thinks you should get a Can Am Spyder, they don't fall over. Ha Ha
