Two-stroke Resurrection

Husqvarna executives say their engineers are developing a street-legal, direct-injected, two-stroke-powered dual-sport. This illustration represents what we think the bike might look like.

Very cool! I've been waiting for someone to figure out a clean and efficient 2 stroke. It would be nice to have a lightweight dual sport, and a 600cc twin version would make a great Supermoto!?!

BRP has had a clean efficient 2 stroke motor out for a couple years now, look at the e-tec lineup of sleds. They just need to chop 1 cylinder off of their 800 for a 400 single, mate up a tranny and stuff it in a modern japanese mx chassis!

Never been a fan of two strokes, windscreens brake to easily.

I want if I can get it with a EZ start button! (short legs need electric starters)!

My last 2 smoke (KTM 125) I could start with my hand via kickstart lever.

Lotus Engineering has developed an advanced two stroke auto engine, no one wants to build it for mass production.

Smaller, lighter, more powerful, less emissions than most 4 strokes

No money, no play
