You know, the part about yielding to all pedestrians and stuff. Sure, he did the first one but the law still requires you to yield to pedestrians. If he would have hit her, it would have been his fault. Matter of fact, I think all bicyclists everywhere should have to pass a written test to be sure they understand the rules that apply to them. The majority of bikes I see on the road don't, or they don't care.

QFT , I was out riding with FTR a few weeks ago and a bicyclist thought it would be a good idea to block us from passing him. swerved left and right so that we couldnt get by all the while giving us the finger and yelling at us for going to fast. YOURE ON A BICYCLE ASSHOLE!! everyone is faster than you!
