With my experiences dealing with this via.some dumb friends of mine, most likely you will not lose your licence. I'd be surprised if u did. One major guarantee if u have insurance its probably going to shoot up quite a bit. But unfortunately there are too many factors in our lovely court system. i e; the judges biasness for one. The cops report. But good luck hopefully u hear some good news from ask an officer. Keep in mind too at court the last thing a judge wants to hear is bs

Lawyer the fuck up. I hope you have a ton of money saved aside for shit like this to happen. And make sure you get a reputable lawyer .. I'm gonna say that your license is going to get revoked most likely, but only for a short amount of time (it's there way of making more money off you)

Having been through this before many years ago I say if you lose your license it will be for 90 days, but with a clean driving record and a good lawyer you should be able to get it dropped to a negligent with no loss of driving privileges, but I dont know all the details, be prepared for insurance rates to increase....

If you get a lawyer, my guess is, worst case you end up with a plea deal for a negligent driving in the 1st (infraction / fine) no loss in license and 2 points on your record. Best case scenerio its dismissed entirely. Worst thing you can do is try to fight this yourself. Good luck.
