"froading?" As in off-roading? Even with the windshield removed I can't see the front wheel unless I stand up on the pegs. The instrument cluster and front faring block it otherwise.

You're supposed to stand on the pegs while 'froading.

No severe misfortune. Only slight misfortune. The before pic does not show it, but I low sided the bike doing ~30mph shortly after the 4th of July. The crash bars did their job, and she escaped with only minor road rash to the left front fairing. I ride ATGATTT, and I got lucky too, not even a scratch.
