You can pay your respects to Mikefsu. There is a road side memorial, 2.5 miles past Unity on Hwy 26, that Buz and Mark built. Mark, Buz, Candiya and I went out placed it there last Sunday.

What a day that was... sad, strange, scary, beautiful, quiet and, ultimately, comforting.

I have some photos to add.

This is a photo that I took while sitting at the base. I wanted to remember the feel of the sun on my back, the pale, gritty soil beneath my fingers, and Mike smiling down on me.

And here are a few photos from the ride home.
