| Superbiker Joined: Jan 2009 From: Wenatchee, WA I Ride: a slow bike fast | I haven't gotten a ticket yet this year. Need advice. So. I usually pick up a few each year. I haven't gotten one yet this year. What am I doing right/wrong? I dont feel like my riding habits have changed. I like a faster pace but nothing reckless. I'v only ever gotten speeding tickets in the past. But this year nothing. I ride just as much for the most part. Im doing more solo rides rather than group rides and its usually riding solo when I got popped in the past, I have never gotten a ticket in a group. Are LEO's letting me slide? Are motorcycle stops not as much as an emphasis compared to the last few years? I'm stumped. Not that I'm bitching or anything. But Ima go find some wood to knock on all the same. |

| Shredder | Advice freely given: Ride even more! More seat time = higher percentage of getting a performance award. Add accessories. You know, like a large patch that says Fuck the Police. Adopt a Loud Pipes save lives attitude. And not just normal loud pipes, excessive red light revving and only upshifting near red-line while in town. Good luck with your quest. |

We have a cop over her who hates everything that isn't a bar and shield heavy cruiser, and the city is trying to balance the budget via traffic court. Find a red light camera and buzz through against a red, or find a speed camera van set up and roll by faster than the posted limit. Bonus points for these...you can post here about how illegal, unconstitutional these are and ask how to fight the ticket. (Be sure to give details.) Your mojo should return and you can start meeting your LEO friends again. |

| Pit Crew Joined: Jun 2009 From: Amboy, WA I Ride: Suzuki Burgman 650 | Go to Krispy Kreme and get a dozen donuts...then find out where there is a speed trap set up. Drive up and brake hard, toss the box of donuts on the car and then yank it back, kicking up any illegal gravel in the road onto the car. Weave through traffic during the chase and if you can accomplish it, cause at least one of the cruisers following you to crash into something. And while you are at it, if you see that they are losing track of you, be sure to stop at an interception and do this to them............... ![]() I foresee both some tickets and an opportunity to meet some new friends really soon thereafter. ![]() |

| Shredder Joined: Jul 2008 From: Cornelius, Oregon I Ride: Everyday | Make sure you are wearing all your gear including neck, back and chest protection just in case the cops throw you on the ground and beat you with nightsticks. Remember to tuck into the fetal position and try to prevent your faceshield from being broken. When I want to test my gear for impact protection. I always outrun the cops and operate at high speeds weaving in and out of traffic, endangering the officers lives and innocent people on the road. You want to get them super pissed off at you so you really get a good beating otherwise you will never know if you have the right gear or not. |

| Streetfighter ![]() | Sounds like I'm in for a fine ride through your neck of the woods lol. They wont even bother with a bright Red ZX14 with race exhaust. But as mentioned, come take a trip through Kitsap at speed. On of our dozen unmarked or 2 dozen marker LEOs will fix you up! |
