What a great find! That is simply amazing! I would have given the guy a cash tip just because he is so awesome. I love how he gives a quick explanation to the other cop coming out of the door too.

Cool though. All the times I've been in NY, the cops seem a lot more relaxed than small towns. Probably because they have real crimes to deal with there...

nice of the LEO and maybe it's a NY thing, but traffic is stopped and there are a bunch of Police cars ahead....most people just turn around, not try to thread their way through.
