Um, JohnnyB looked into this last year. I believe they will ship it to you or to location in the states then you just pick it up & take it to the DMV for inspection & registration.

You know i'm not much of a Yamaha fan myself. But let me tell you something. Ever since '04 Yamaha has developed a bike that is beyond what everyone had expected. It's way ahead of it's time as far as looks go. The black raven is a beautiful bike./

Contact Honda East in Toledo Ohio. I almost bough an R1 from them a few years back. No one around here would come close to their price and that was with shipping to Seattle. They get great reviews on the R1-forum.

I'll probably sit this one out and wait until the R1 has another major change in styling/performance. The bike too closely resembles the '04-'06 bike.

Speaking of R1's. I happened to catch Superbikes late last night. It was probably a repeat. The one with Deals Gap and the R1-forums meet. Showed alot of cool custom stuff.
