i guess since i'm posting a bit i wil introduce myself. my name is bill and i live in port angeles, i ride an 03 katana (stock). i've been lurking here for months and finally decided to join. i have a riding buddy that doesn't like pnw, saying its "maturity chalenged", but i am actually more interested in how people interact on the internet than talking about riding (tho i like that too). my grades werent good enough to go into psycology so i'm out trucking instead. but i find it facinating the politics nad interactions, post whores, how poeple are different on the net vs in real life.

i'd like to cut back my hours and spend more time with friends family and riding, but for now i only can post a bit and don't have internet at home so if it takes a bit for me to respond u know why!

Yep, I'm a newbie on this forum. Looking to meet new people to ride with and do new rides. I woke up the other day riding down 509 at 4:30 in the morning, on my cruiser, raining in the summer time, on my way to work. Thought, God I gotta do some other riding than commuting. The summer is almost gone and I haven't been on any rides yet. So I found this site and joined. Hope to start meeting you soon.

At the risk of going off topic... a co-worker of mine is also short . He installed a lowering link, slid the tubes up in the tripleclamp and had me shorten his kickstand 2". He now LOVES his bike, cuz it fits him, instead of him trying to fit on it... (vstrom)

Hi, my names Simon (from the UK) and I'm riding an R1100GS and right now I'm travelling with my wife Lisa with her F650GS. Left the UK back in May 2003 and have been on the road ever since, well except for the hospital visits

We're about to arrive in Seattle next week (2nd Sept' 2007) to meet up with some friends.
