I Ride: ZX-10R
2009 Ducati Monster 1100 S Busch Brothers Edition
Please take a quick moment and cast your vote on Ducati's Monster Challenge. The following motorcycle is one of the contenders, please goto the following link, and scroll down to Washington where you will see this bike, select it, and cast your vote:

http://monster.ducatiusa.com/m1100sd...rchallenge.php

Vote as many times as you can/want, one vote per email address is allowed.

Now the bike:

The Ducati Seattle/CRC creation captures the true nature of the Beast, the M1100 S. Sharpie artists Lance and Danny Busch take you on a Monster journey with their art. Subtle touches keep it tied to Ducati Seattle and the Pacific NW.

The Ducati Seattle store front is shown on the left panel; the right panel demonstrates the evolution of the Monster. Timing belts all over the tank emphasize one of the unique characteristics of the Ducati Motorcycle. On the tail piece you see the classic V configuration of the Desmodromic valves with the heart of the beast being held by ghoulish hands. On the front fender the tail from the beast drips into the waters of the Puget Sound with the Seattle Skyline visible in the background.

Adding to the finished look is the custom red leather seat with its scale like texture.

Above the headlight is a Ducati Performance fairing that shows off the new Ducati logo to tie it all together. Of course we added a few more bits of bling to enhance the overall look!

And here are some pics I took, courtesy of Ducati Seattle and Busch Brothers:

And some closeups at the bike's details:

And one last shot of the bike:

I like the leather and the clutch, and overall the bike is tight, but the grafix are a bit too rustic for my taste, would have preferred something less "cartoonish" not to say I wouldn't ride it! And yeah Beans your photo's are excellent, would have made the presentation better in the competition website. I liked the bike from Beverly hills, but this one still gets my vote.

IMHO Beverly Hills missed the Monster theme and went with Flower Power?
Great Job by Lance and Danny.

LOL, I already voted for this bike, I just wanted to be honest(not that anyone asked) I like the Seattle bike a lot, but there is a lot of competition.
This one is the most creative, and if not THE most, one of the most detailed as well.

The Seattle bike is very nice, but the Saskatchewan bike gets my vote for the paint work and the Motocorsa bike for the mods/parts list. Good themes, tough competition - several really good ones and a couple of really lame-looking entries - New Orleans? Come on, get some creativity down there...

When I saw the title I thought it was some Nascar thing...
Looks great.
I like the evo of a monster panel. That rocks.

Whoever painted it has alot of talent. But it's not my style. I want something I'd actually want to ride. And most of the bikes are too over the top and garish for me. So i like the Daytona Ducati bike from florida. Or that white monster with what looked like sharpie graffiti from the international show in seattle.

Ours was done completely in sharpie, no paint ! It was cleared over afterward.
