Located in Bellingham WA (Birchwood area). Clean title. I've had this bike for quite a few years (since 2002) and it runs great. Plenty of down low torque. I had a shop custom build me a stem to mount the GSXR front end. Frame is straight (checked by Fasttrack in AZ). Engine runs strong, no oil loss. With the Racetech internals in the forks and the Ohlins shock the bike rides really very smoothly while still offering great ride quality during trackdays (I switch to the clip-ons for trackdays, otherwise there isn't enough weight over the front wheel). I've done about 6 novice trackdays and a few middle group, all but one at Firebird in AZ and one at PIR. Goodies: - Ohlins rear shock - Suzuki GSXR 750 Upsidedown Front suspension - Racetech internals - 17" Suzuki front rim - PFM front brakes (what the World Superbike guys were using a few years back, really amazing brakes - full floating steel rotors) - Brembo front master - Storz Steering Dampner - Traitech Vapor instrument panel, comes with instrument lights (not hooked up). The stock CBR instrument panel is included. - Acerbis Cyclops headlight - Custom machined handlebar clamps. Bike comes with Suzuki clip-ons if you want to switch back to a non-StreetFighter position - Givi touring box (easy to remove, holds 14" laptop) - Tank has been powder coated a flat black, this shows off the dents unfortunately. You can pull the Givi box and mount the clip-ons and be back to a sports bike. Or keep as-is and have a great bike around town that can handle sporty street riding. Extras: - Front and Rear Stands - Front wheel chock (works both on a trailer and on the floor, very nice to roll the bike into) - Motorcycle Ramp - Fairings: Red 94 model fairings Airtech endurance upper fairing - w/ mids attached - eBay Bike Cover (less than 1 month old) - Other misc parts I'm sure there are more things I'm missing. The Bad: - The bike runs fine, but has always been in a semi-project state. Some small detais need some help: turns signals don't work, front brake switch missing, heated grips swich needs to be mounted better. Etc. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Selling due to coming down with (terminal) stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer, otherwise I was going to mount the Airtech fairing and try to find a halogen light from ebay that would work right. That was the plan at least. Last edited by slow-rr; 08-22-2009 at 09:10 PM.. Reason: New Price! $1500. please update title |
