I by no means tired or have even explored the limits of this motorcycle. But I am interested in starting a project of my own. I would like to trade straight across OR sell outright for $7500(its listed at $8k on CL). I am looking for a 04+ R1, 06 is OK but 07 is preferred. Or a 07 GSXR1000. Id prefer as stock as possible, clean title preferred but salvage may be OK depending on severity of repair..... If you'd like to read the back story on it you can here: Im upgraded for the 2012 Current parts list: -DDM 4500 HID -Led front markers, plate lights -Puig screen -CrownMoto "Z" fairings, tail fairings -Bridgestone 003's -ABM rotors -Vesrah pads -Speigler lines (front and rear) -GP Suspension rebuilt forks, custom caps -LSL sliders -Brembo 19x18 brake master -Woodcraft clip ons, extensions, spools -BMC filter -Leo Vince Corsa titanium headers, full system -PC3 with custom map by Nels (135hp/55ftlb) currently -Woodcraft case savers, slider -Vortex rear sets -Penske rear shock with remote reservoir Im about to turn 12k on the bike. I have a inch thick folder of paperwork all the way back to the pinkslip when new. The title is clean, in my name and possession. The factory Z and tail fairings I still have, along with every factory part that has been replaced. I also have a set of HotBodies track plastics. This bike is either a ridiculous street bike or a very well equipped track weapon. I have the bits to make it either. |
