| Endorsed Joined: Sep 2011 From: Port Orchard WA I Ride: CB 919 | FT: 2003 Buell XB9r $4000 SOLD 988cc V twin with a power band unlike other liter bikes from Honda, Suzuki, Kawi. 2003 Buell XB9r low mileage for its age, looks to have been stored indoors for its entire life. I have owned this bike since February of this year. It's been a lot of fun. Maybe too much fun. I'm looking for something that moves a little slower. 2012 DRZ's are on clearance now and I have a trade-in value is $4k so I'm flexible on price. Also looking for a possible trade for a supermoto (400cc or more) +/- cash on either end depending on the value. It has 9.8K on the odometer right now and I will ride until it sells. This bike was owned by one of the owners of Downtown Harley in Seattle and was kept inside almost its whole life. I've never left it outside over night. While idling in the garage it tipped over but no scratches or dents. Basically, there's no way I'll be able to ride this machine to its full potential safely but it's been a lot of fun. I owned a GS500E before this bike and there's a HUGE difference. My Buell puts a smile on my face every time I see it in the garage, and an even bigger one when I twist the throttle. You are welcome to test ride with the proper collateral. Endorsement, I have gear, and cash or bike for trade. I have the title it's ready to go to the dealer if no one buys it. New belt in June oil Change 2000 miles ago. I will change it at 10.5k Add ons: Aftermarket headers and exhaust Lowered pegs Raised handle bars (stock clip ons included) Buell Passenger seat bag (won't part this out separate) Safety wired for the track Stainless steel front brake lines ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Not so great: Some rubbing on the right side headers (not scratched) Shorted clutch lever Lost it in the garage ![]() Last edited by joshc; 10-12-2012 at 12:17 PM..
