Good deal for sure... but (shameless plug) Gixxertek has a new gixxer 750 with 3,800 mi for 6400!! Never sold this summer, i dont think he listed pictures. Either way, two good prices on bikes.

Sure! A 'NON-refundable deposit' is acceptable, with the balance 'due in 30 days'. Bike is delivered when Balance is paid.
Failure to pay on time forfeits your $3000.00 deposit.
This is a good price, and if you want to tie it (the bike) up so no-one else will have a chance. Thats how its done.
Your move.
