I Ride: I ride to get lost and I never fail at that
Talking NorID posted rides -
think of posting a ride like you're inviting people to a wedding.
invite 100 of them and expect only 20.

even then it'll be like this:
1. there will never be 100 showing unless it's a planned huge PNW group ride
2. the ones who show more than likely will not be able to bring 'gifts' - see the key below
3. some you'll say hi to, but you'll leave 'em behind because they just can't keep up and you don't have the patience to wait
4. some will bring really great gifts that you can tell they are ready to ride!
5. obvious here - some will show late
6. my fave - they'll show, just to chat for a minute and they'll leave...
7. there may be an accident on the way, throughout, or even after
8. you'll have a good time either way because you invited them, and afterall they did show.

**key** gifts = riding ability and/or jovial nature... mostly upbeat

BTW thanks for the ride sunday to all who went, including the non pndubber who's bike broke down on our way to the ride meet
and our saviour WIFF the roadside p/u(this has a double meaning)... he'll be joining us shortly to ride

so I missed anyone who didn't go today. Was a nice leisurely stroll around the lake. A few stops a few cops, and yes one incident. That guy was a prick! and yes we'll be seeing him again in a couple of weeks. frickin cager geesh OMG I going to ride with a PANIC BUTTON whenever we pass (under the speed limit to boot) so people that live in their cage have somewhere to go... PANSY
