Had my teeth pulled last week, my head was throbbing. Sitting on the couch with my percocet and beer watching the races know  . It was freezing coming home. I hit some hail and light rain. It started snowing pretty good before we all got to morton. When we left morton we spit up. Rick and Brian going the same way we came and the other guy and myself taking hwy 7, it was snowing pretty darn good when we left morton which was just crazy. ( IMO hwy 7 had to be a better choice, it cleared up at elbe and was sunny for the twisties and it was a nice ride back). They said there way would be faster then our way. I made it back a while ago and tried to call them. They may have extended there ride a bit but hmmmm. Just hoping all is well. Nice to meet you guys, was a great/crazy ride. |

I have never had my visor completly covered in snow and the road is invisible until I swipe it clear with my free hand. TO only have it become covered again..... Anyway, I followed Jesse home down 7 and when I got home a hot shower for me and a nice warm bath for the bike. Weather looks good all this week. Going to ride to work everyday!!! All the way up till morton my hands were soo numb that I could barely work the clutch. I just would have been more satisfied if I wasnt concentrating on how much my hands hurt. When we left morton it snowed harder and my whole upper half was covered in snow. I had to swipe the visor every 5-7 sec. Thats what I was talking about. You may ride in this weather often? I dont. |

| Permit  Joined: Feb 2008 From: Olympia, Elma I Ride: from here to there | I went out to meet a buddy before noon time and it starts to rain so then i visit with him for awhile wait for the rain to clear and possibly wait for dry roads after waiting long enough we decide to just part ways and head home because we were tired of seeing hail to rain to snow etc.. so then i get home and of course made plans with the wife and by this time the weather is nice out and roads were dry and then all the people who ride motorcycles that live by me were all taken off on their bikes! ugh of course it was just my luck! |

Just rain, sun, rain, repeat multiple times. The last half hour was actually dry It was snowing here this morning, then rain, and then hail  Tomorrow is supposed to be much nicer, going to hit the gorge after rear tire repair. Lets do it again soon, in dryer/warmer times. |
