| Endorsed Joined: Aug 2009 From: Portland, OR I Ride: '87 Yamaha FJ1200 | I've also had great service from both the Portland and Vancouver Shops. However, I would strongly recommend avoiding their online store. I ordered a few items from them about a year ago. The items were listed as "Ships within 2-3 business days". After receiving no word from them for 2 weeks, I sent an e-mail requesting the current status of the order, and received no reply. After another week I e-mailed them again requesting that the order be canceled, and again, I received no reply. Almost 2 months later, after having forgotten about the order, the products showed up. This wasn't a high dollar transaction, so I didn't return the items (figured it would be more hassle than it was worth and I could still use them). I don't know if they fixed their online services, but I would recommend avoiding them at all costs. There are better online Motorcycle shops with better prices, reliability, and customer service. In short, in-store service is great, but online service is abysmal if existent at all. |

| Zone Head Joined: Aug 2008 From: Woodburn, OR I Ride: wrecked bikes! | I have opposite experience. There was tire sale a little while back that I found on their website. I came to Portland store and they couldn’t sell me the tire I wanted for the price that was listed on the site. I also grabbed a helmet but after "manager" scanned they item he told me that it was a wrong tag and that he couldn’t sell at that price - it was in the right box. I walked out a little pissed off, came home and ordered in online. Three day later it was at my door step and I didn’t pay a dime for shipping. |

Good service. I buy tires from the Tacoma store instead of dicking around with shipping... A couple of times they didn't have what I wanted but it wasn't common stuff either. Overall...good experience. |

They never make you feel pressure to buy like some of the other stores here in vancouver.. Brian their team leader walked around the store with Hong and i for over a half hr looking at winter gear on Saturday. He then looked through the catalog with us and told us that he could order what ever we want to try on and if we dontt like it he will just put it up for sale. I only spent like 40 bucks and took up an hr of his time. They are the best! Also, a pair of frank thomas gloves i bought there ripped about two weeks after i got them so i took them back. They didn't even ask questions, they just gave me new ones! ![]() |
