I'm sure there is "better" spot on the east side that will work for everyone.

Dave, awesome to see you come out. I was a bit intimidated at the air hockey table, but girth apparently can't outdo skill, so I'm fine.

define: anything. They had juices and sodas to drink, and a limited menu (hummus, mac & cheese, couple sandwiches, soup), so no it was not a full dinner place. Before CPK, I've never done a 'dinner bikenight' thing, which I imagine is where your dissapointment lies? Mike was bitching about that too, but hey, eat before the meet at 7:30pm, or at one of the restaurants down the street. I want a place where we have bike parking, outside hangout, activities, cheap drinks, and room for all of us. I'm open to other suggestions, this was a trial night which we may try again.

Edit: They're building a kitchen which should be fully operational within a few weeks.

The size of the place is great, the only problem is the lack of food. With some munchies, the place would be a blast. I'm game for trying a few other places, but I like the larger place, and having the option of being indoors or outdoors is ideal. What's the point of a bike night if we can't spend some time outside with the bikes?

So yeah, Slingshot wasn't a bad idea, I'll have to bring more quarters next time and maybe find a driver

OH! I just got back from a phototag and wanted to let you guys know I snatched it back from the West and gave to the East.

I think we'll do it one more week at Slignshot, just because we haven't figured out a different place yet. It should be starting to cool down around 7:30-8 when most folks show up.

My advice: Squid it.

Yall were an erratic crowd last night. Kept showing up and then leaving, getting essentially 3 rounds of people. Hell, by the time everyone left at 10:05pm, a few of the Full Tilt Riders showed up. It was embarassing to be the only damn PNWR member at our bikenight.

Sorry, sore as hell last night, hence the short visit. Went home, took some pain meds and went to sleep. May have pushed myself a bit too far yesterday.
