ok wait a sec i just put two and two together... man i feel stupid now haha! so how does that lighting system work out for ya spec? i figured id put two below my upper fairing just about the front fender if it fits hopefully... anybody want to help me with this project?

So important question for the regulars: How did you like last week? Everyone that I've spoken wtih after liked it there, and the fact they're willing to give us all-day happy hour, let us park out front, and bought more TVs for us, I'd be willing to give them another chance this week.

While a few of us really dig the Slingshot, a bunch don't. Plus now Thursdays are going to have football on and I want to be able to watch

So, continue the bikenight at Gloriaz or Slingshot?

Don't get the greatest night vision, which is fine because I don't ride at night much anyhow. Haven't been hastled yet by the boys in blue. Did a custom install in two hours and it's been working great since. I tried putting the lights in the same place you're talking about, but there wasn't enough clearance when the shocks were compressed, so you may have to find a different area.

if you want to have a decent sized bike night you should have it fairly close in. at a nice establisment like slingshot. the outdoor seating is great. i know im not the only one that thinks so. and im sure people have tivo to record the game for later.

ummm.... i'm not sure how you could call slingshot a 'nice establishment'..... i find it run-down and just not that great all around.... Its alright, i guess, but I think Gloria'z is a little better.

The only thing slingshot has that Gloria'z doesn't, that i can tell, is pinball and pool tables.

Hope i didnt put you down too much :/

More opinions or I'm doing Gloriaz so I can watch football.

We've had less attendance "in city" then we had "out of city", FYI. I like the outdoor seating, but Gloriaz has that too, and football inside. We also get happy hour every week, cheap food & drinks. The owner is also happy to have us there and willing to work with us, which I appreciate. Slingshot doesn't mind us there but probably could give a rats ass if we stop coming.

I liked Gloria'z a bit better. Friendlier staff, and more food options. Slingshot, it has air hockey, but that's all it has really going for it in my mind.

Pretty soon it's going to matter what is inside these places, as the weather gets colder (or wet). I prefer motor sports, but have to simpathize with the sports fans that want to watch football, b-ball or whatever.

Perhapse we can determine the location on a more long term basis based on what season it is, unless we find a location that would 'cater' to our various interests?

I would be all over that, even Pinks All Out is the only thing on. But I am sure if we seriously started communicating with one establishment that this would be a permanant location, they might 'invest' in our continued business.

It's tough to get anyone to extend happy-hours, but large group discouts can easily be negotiated.

Gloriaz again this week! Our venture to find the best locale...

Usually a few people cut off at the end of the ride to head to bikenight. Not all of them come, so let the other riders know your intentions prior to heading out. I'm sure someone could lead you this way. (really easy to get to)

when does moto gp usually play over here? back home it would play on sundays during noon hours or so on dish network and id dvr it. how would it work for this? ive always wanted to shoout at the tv and not get laughed at by my girlfriend whenever everybody passes old man edwards or something.. id much much rather watch the end of wsb championship cause its actually a competition.. why not a sunday get together or somethin at someones house? cook some food or grill or something? id bring the burgers!

hey guys I feel its time to move on... I myself and some others feel this place is done.
I have showed up the last three weeks hoping it will get better and I enjoy meeting with my friends,but until we move it back to better location in pdx im done
issues.....
*1 they have yet to get the bill correct "always overcharging"
*2 don't like football
*3 its out in BFE
