What is it and when are they going to clean it up??? It's been there for weeks now. I am always going around it on my bike because it looks slicker than hell but I have driven over it in my car and it seems fine.

I hate the city's placement of the metal grates/drains that span all four lanes of the bridge every few hundred feet, myself...

i was wondering if anyone knew what the DOT did on the capitol/barbur flyover. it seemed gritty/slide-y the other day and the texture still looks ambiguously gravelly. was it resurfaced? is it mid-repair?

It's a sad indictment of my creativity (or lack there of)

Or possibly a display of simple minded the myopia that plagues the likes of me.

Yeah that goo has been there for a couple months now. Not sure what it is but pretty irritating that DOT didn't clean it up. I just avoid it on the bike. My car doesn't seem to mind it.
