Sirena, there will be another without a doubt, Ive been planning on another later this winter.

Im trying to get a handful of warm winter activities for the tuesday night coffee crowed to do. There will be plenty time in advance for these events.

well lets hope the next bike night posted all the drama can be left off it and we can all get along and have a fun bike night that was the whole idea just to get us all togehter and have a good time.

I look forward to a good time and will enjoy hanging out and seeing those of you that do come to skate will be fun times

Normally I'd say that would be a great idea...however, the truth of the matter is...we'd all just end up 1) randomly whacking each other with the sticks -or- 2) trying to slap stick the pucks for head shots -or- 3) a combo of both of those.

I'm in for ice skating. Do it several times every winter at Lloyd Center. But, their rental skates suck. No edges on them. You can't carve a line at all. Might have to buy my own skates.

My skates are buried somewhere in the storage in LA. Might have to trouble a friend to go and dig it out. Hate stinky rental skates. Not only they are not sharp, they stink too!

Broomball is on the ice rink, in your tennies, chasing a ball or two around with a broom. It's quite hilarious! All you need to bring is body armour, Lloyd Center Ice Rink provides the brooms and balls.

Yep, we have done that too last year. It was very fun!

Hopefully this winter will be a repeat of the best of last year and more.

yup.. I agree.. you should just watch... with ice skates on your feet and in the middle of everyone thats on the ice

but you dont have to ice skate, just stand there on the ice the whole time

I agree! I didn't know about this till an hour ago, and had some family and some laundry stuff to take care of (Our washer broke, so we are having to go to the laundry mat!!!! CRAPPY!!!)

Anyway- Robert will be there- he's fun to watch! (Well- I've never watched him skate in a rink, but I have at a skate park...{He used to race and do obstacle courses and what not, so like I said, he's pretty entertaining!}

Anyway- have fun- and we should definitely do this again!

**On a side note- I think maybe us girls who suck at skating should get together and practice one night before we do another one...I haven't gone rollerblading in about 7 years, and it was before my first knee surgery! I tried ice skating about two years ago, and it's totally like re-learning how to walk!...AND I SUCK NOW!! lol...Just a suggestion
