Hey by the way, my class gets out at 1, so it may be more like 1:15 ish, depending on how fast I go. I'd give you an estimate of how fast I'd be, but uh... I don't know without a speedometer!

Whats wrong with your speedometer? I woke up to a spuradically broken speedo cable 7 or 8 months ago.. simple fix. Did yours just stop working?

Speedo assembly off the front axle is toast. Cable is brand new and when you hook a drill up to it the gauge goes, so it's just that assembly. The problem is finding it in Doc Browns Labrynth, I mean workshop

1pm is too late of a start for Klickitat but we can do longer ride some other day of this week.
Besides, getting to Klickitat is boring slabbing. Couger may be a better choice.

Q and Buddy peeled off early, and I decided that time to peel off myself. I'd already been riding since 11am, and was getting a bit dehydrated and not paying full attention.

It was a good ride guys, hell yeah! Extended season, and man that really tall wooden train bridge was EPIC! I had a good time.

Great ride, I agree... HOWEVER, the proper etiquette when you are going to "break from the pack" and go your own way is to LET THE OTHERS KNOW.

We added another 20-plus minutes scouring the area for you guys...

And yeah, the train trestle was pretty cool, I must say...

Good riding with you and it's good to know there were no incidents...

Thanks for the ride everyone. Good turn out for a mid day trip - 7 riders.
Glad you guys know that area better than I do. Thanks for leading those that did.

(just kidding)

You're forgiven, just don't do that again.

(THIS is exactly why I normally SWEEP, not lead... I just had a little fun today out front, which, after having 'swept' most of the season, I believe I deserved! )
