That is all just an assumption though. One thing for certain: He lives in Eugene. I would act like a little bitch too if I lived there. Eugene can suck my balls. | |

I had planned on taking it off and having the clear re-shot after my track day.... knowing that the little 'edge' was there, bugged me. Not really my style. RC52: Not completely sure what color I am going to do yet. I will probably stick with White (cause its clean and simple). But I am going to do some Carbon Fiber body parts, and Paint OVER the CF with white, but leave some sort of design unpainted, so whatever scheme I do, the design will be CF, and the contrasting color will be white. I dont have a specific design in mind yet. But I can guaruntee, that it will look amazing. |

Then doing your first track day, trying to be cool and go wayy to fast for your newb, crossed up riding ass, and crashing your bike. That sir.... is ownage. Maybe you should stop worrying about how your bike looks, and start learning how to ride? Just an idea... |

| Peg Dragger | ![]() ![]() Sam, if he wants to change details on his bike to suit preference, more power to him. I did the same thing with my Tuono... some mods were performance oriented (suspension, brakes and mapping) and others were "because I could" (paint, levers, etc). The bottom line is, it's a hobby... don't piss on his thread because he has a little passion for customization. Dane, how's the repair fund going? |

My headlight should be in today via FedEx, my uppercowl is all thats left, but thats re-usable until I get all new fairings. So... I will probably be on the road tomorrow if I can get all the dirt out from between my wheel and tire.. lol I am trying to sell my H&K USP Compact .45 for $550 so that I can fund my fairings. I really cannot decide which scheme I want to do. I REALLY want the CF Panels, but cant imagine laying it down again with those on. So I think I am going to do a custom Red Konica Minolta scheme from CBRFairings.com, (No decals, all gold get switched to black, and so on.) |

Then I would have a white bike again, with a CF Graffiti Scheme for Contrast. But, I dont want to spend that much time/money on fairings for a street/track bike. If it was a show bike/trailer queen, and it never got ridden, then yes. |

( you'll need it for the zombies... but that's a topic for another thread As for the dirt/rim, you can try letting all the air out of the tire and see if that gives you enough flexibility... if not you may need to break the bead, which *can* be done by hand, but is MUCH easier on a tire changing machine. There are a number of guys around the area that have them, most would probably do it for free/near free (read: six pack). |
