The bike looks better without the decals. You should lose the oakley sticker on the tail and the tank decals too.

Ya, I am going to lose the tank decals, but waited on it, because my Stomp Grip covers it, and I was getting ready to go on a ride, didnt want to be without my Traction Pads. When I order some more, the rest of the Decals will come off.

lol, Infantry, I agree with you, I would NEVER buy that. I do what I do to my bike, because I LIKE IT, and because, chances are; you will NOT see another one like it.

I found it online, ordered 2 rolls. Its just black masking tape, adhesive wise, its the same as the blue painters tape. So, it shouldn't leave any residue, if it does, I will clay-bar the headlights.

ya i can get green through my work but its like masking tape that leaves a residue the blue is interior girl stuff that doesnt really stick. ill have to look for the black stuff cause my bike is all black and blue tape makes it look kinda weird.

thanks man. ya that's adhesive backed masking tape. i don't wanna deal with the residue. goo gone works well or goof off. never tried a clay bar on an adhesive. also i have this thing at work that is basically an eraser you put on a drill and that works awesome.

Nice lookng bike bro! I've been following youre thhread for a while but i just registered cause i purchased the same bike. I wanred to know how did you take off the gucci patern on the gas tank cause i know its under the clear coat. Did it leave any marks or anythng? TIA

Just used a hair dryer, got it warm, and peeled it off. It WILL NOT come off nearly as easy as the rest of the decals. It IS under a clearcoat, so, i would recommend having the tank piece, re-cleared. The clear is so thin, that you are able to take it off, however, once its off, you will notice a 'lip' where the decals sat. Not very noticeable though, unless your really looking for it.
