With that thing. The wheel could only get off the ground when the bike is flipping upside down.

Go uphill, sit way back... twist. Oh, and eat as much as you can first. Put some 'shake-weights' (you KNOW you have them) in your jacket, too. It's all "weight distribution", anyway... OR, go backwards and leave a disc-lock on the rear wheel. Works, too.
