Great ride tonight guys and gals, glad I went on the long route. Great pace rob thanks for leading! I may have to miss more work to make the Wednesday rides more often!

The long ride was a lot of fun. Finished it off with a bit more on Logie Trail and Skyline-Thompson. Got some good video that I'll edit down into some segments in the next day or two.

Great pace and fun group.

Glad you guys had a good time, for those of you that didnt make this ride, and might want to in the future, on Wednesdays ill be doing the deer isl run on a regular basis, I think a long group and a short group is a really good idea... but Deer Isl run takes approx 2:15, we left Chevron at 6:15 and with a couple gathering stops we made Deer Isl by 8:20, its about a 20 min slab back into Portland but you can cap off the ride by going back up to Skyline Via Rocky point, Logie, McNamee, Newberry, or Germantown....

and if others want to lead the long ride im all about sharing as well, I dont wish to hijack the wednesday nighter, OR maybe if i have to lead the long trip maybe have a different lead for the shorter portion of it, im tottally open

I wanted to ride, but I don't have tires for wet riding. Power ones. With most worn down anyway.

Unless something happens soon, ill pout at home.

Has there even been any precipitation today?

I expect the roads to be dry and the sun to be coming out . . . I say stick your head out at 5 and see how it looks . . . but it's your ride . . .

Still sprinkling at my house (from which I can see Skyline). Looks like it is not going to start clearing until after 6 at the earliest. My advice is to bump to next week as wet roads this time of year tend to be slippery.

I am out because I am a pussy - I guess that's why I work at Inatech . . .

It rained a few times this morning, and a few this afternoon. I bet Deer Island is now more accurately named.
