The problem, young Miss, is that too many people are thinking about the end instead of the means. The purpose of this game has always been to get people out on the road with their motorcycle (the "means" to the end). The tag itself (the "end") is secondary. Some players make the tag more easily found than others but the real adventure has always been in going to look as opposed to sitting at their computer and begging for easy clues or coordinates. Even if the person searching does not find the tag, the ride gives him or her the opportunity to find some place that would make a terrific new tag in a future stage of the game.

As you said in your post, "the weather is awesome". The fun is riding the bike, not the keyboard.

As have I, but I've noticed the farther out I post tags, the longer it takes for someone to get them...even after I post where it is. I guess if it's not around the corner from their house, it's too much effort to go and get it. .

I am pretty sure you planted that brick for me to hit (in the apex of a blind corner) just to see my off roading skills.

We took Scappose/vernonia - 47 - 202. Fun roads, but 202 is a bit beat up West of 103.

Took that route last summer, my opinion too, I could do double the miles of a road like 202 if the pavement was smooth!

My problem too, but instead of complaining about it I try to make time to go. More often than not I simply wait to see who gets it, where we are going next, and put another spot on my "riding bucket list" (that's a big list BTW!). I'm not saying your complaining PeeJay, just adding my $0.02 to your comment. I'm the guy who suggested splitting the tag boundaries into east & west a couple years ago, shot down by the masses and that's a good thing(I was new then)

Roads aren't beat up. They just got some little humps in them. Some bricks too. But only in the corners. No problemo for Mrmat.

Bowpicker is awesome chow. And their hours I tell yeah the say 6ish because some days they sell out of all their yummy fish and close up and go home.

Since I am going to miss the ride I hoped to go with I'll tag this tomorrow. Unless someone beats me. Been meaning to do it but little things keep getting in the way. I'm out of excuses now.

NE Portland is closer than I am so someone could easily beat me out there tomorrow. I can't even head out before ten am.
