Yep
[QUOTE=ddonacazx12;2837815] ..."yeah busas can't corner, but you're behind me on a 600 that CAN corner, so you must really suck."

sooo true, in Bills case.[QUOTE]

Rode wilth Bill two weeks ago up Windy Ridge. Was behind him, of course, when we took a nasty right hander a wee bit fast. Bill droped it down and drug his knee and made the corner with just a touch of the front wheel hitting the center-line.

After we got to the top I asked him if he dragged knee on all his rides. He appologized while saying no. He did have slicks on at the time and that helped.

Would have really liked to ride with Bill more often.

So pissed, that I have deleted the video from that ride due to crappy footage from gopro.

Haha! I talked to him at work just after that ride, and those weren't race slicks on his bike. They were street tires he had just recently worn the tread off of, but wasn't into the cords yet.

I rode with Bill many times. I don't recall Bill ever riding over his head, recklessly, dangerously, or not in control. I could take lessons from his sagacity.

In heaven the roads are all perfect and curves are plenty, you never run out of gas and there is no traffic so you can always haul ass. RIP I can not imagine the sorrow of losing one of your family with this type of sudden loss. Prayers to the family and to all on two wheels.

Very sad to hear that one of the best guys on pnwriders has passed on. Bill was one of favorites to ride/hang out with and he will be greatly misssed. My sympathy to his family and everyone involved in this tragic accident.

I hope my post didn't come across as insinuating anything, other than Bill's ability. He/we took a corner a bit too fast and I was so impressed with how Bill just laid it over farther to make the corner safely. It was textbook on street riding, no panic, very smooth and in control.

Following him probably kept me from crashing and I was gratefull for his presence to lead me through the corner and I have been riding for many years.

That guy could lean the Milt Truck over like no ones business. One time I came up to him to see the fairing rashed on one side and asked if he crashed...nope...he just leaned that sucker over - at PIR - till the fairing was dragging.

I've been wanting to post on here since Thursday. Words seem to fail me in these situations.

Bill- I'm sorry I missed so many rides this summer. I was so excited to be back on the street this year and get out with you, Jeff, Joe and the gang again. I still have your text messages on my phone staring at me and I'm angry that I missed so many rides. I will miss so very much hanging out with you, Cori and the guys at T3 and elsewhere. You were so happy, and full of life all of the time and I will take some solace in knowing that has rubbed off on so many people.

Cori- I know Rojas has told you but please accept my sincerest condolences. I am so sorry for your loss. You are such an amazing person and mother to your kids. I am a better person for knowing you and Bill.

Because Bill provided help to riders in need when he was able to ( especially those out in BFE), Cori believes memorial contributions to TMMR best represents his spirit.
