A good machinist in the Portland area?

I need the steering stem pressed out of my FZ6 triple, sleeved from 30mm to 36mm and then pressed into my 05' 636 triple. Anyone know of a quality (and reasonably priced) machinist willing to help me out? No one in the Sandy/Gresham area seems to want to undertake it. One shop did, but quoted me $250...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
