Wasn't that on the "Only In America" list? Buy/Build a shed in the yard or get a storage unit. Put all the stuff in there and park your things that cost way more and can be rolled away in the garage! |

This is a good sign. If it was the first attempt in a long time and then people got busted then there is a good chance this wont happen for a long time again.

| Permit Joined: Sep 2006 From: Wilsonville, OR I Ride: 2001 YZF-R6 | You guys bust me up.Yeah, I'm more of a "jailtime for rapist, murderers, and Stingrays" over Joyriders... Yeah send them to jail, but perhaps a jail that does contract work on buildings or roadways... like the old chain-gangs... I know whenever I did something bad I was digging holes for fence posts with a small military shovel when I was a kid... I sure learned fast -- not sure what but I learned it edit: And yeah, they'll be paying for the ignition and whatever else they might have taken once I get a chance to look around the house. The parents didn't check out for anything else, they were going to be late for work so they just took off and gave me a call No clue why they took his motorcycle.. it's heavy, and bulky and not something I would expect anyone to try and get away with. no spinners and no bling. Just some old dirt and grease and a leak that goes away for a month at a time. Looks like this minus front cowling and back passenger box. http://www.bikez.biz/ads/showad.php?..._glide_classic I dunno though.. I'm not a bike thief and can't think of a way to make money on that. |

I guess.. oh well, I'm gonna stop posting cause I'm sure this is already a hugely-long-enough thread and people have had their fill of drama for the day. Thanks for the posts.. the laughs. The good times, and the bad times.. But mostly, I'd like to thank Steve Irwin... Even in death he can put a crazy smile on my face (how many people actually die by stingray dart to the heart?) RIP Real-Life Crocodile Dundee... You're now among the people who die to that crazy snail in Australia, the 1 person killed a decade to Stingray darts, and that guy that'll never admit that he had sexual relations with that woman... or did he? |

I spent 3 days in jail when I was 18 and it left a lasting impression on me. 27 years later and my record is clean minus the one incident. Taught me a great lesson - do the crime expect the time.... |

Brad, that's horrible, especially considering we live in the same town. That's really out of the usual for this city. Glad they got caught. Those kids are dumb If I ever see anyone trying to get into my garage I've got a nice baseball bat waiting to meet their skulls. ![]()
