in response to the geriatric comment - that's the problem I think I have with my hubby. it always seems he's out for a stroll in the park and I'm chomping at the bit, stuck behind him!

Well, here's my idea...

We go meet the crew at 76 station on the hwy 26 and 47 interchange... take 47 up to hwy 202... Take 202 all the way to Astoria... We can stop there and relax for a bit, and then ride 101 towards seaside where we will stop again for some lunch and relaxation. After lunch, ride down 101 to hwy 6 towards 26 and back home?

Someone wanna map that out, and see how long it is lol

i can lead the ride from 102nd to astoria through country roads and twisties, down washington side back and if ya'll want around a bit more country roads and twisties...

i'm not going to be carving corners though, it will be a fast pace, but not hoodlum like.

my bitch'll be on the back, my tire is bald as hell, i can see material sticking out of it, going to be riding the VFR

Would it be better/less slabbing to not go all the way up to clatskanie, but take 47 up to the 202/47 nehalem highway over to astoria? Im not sure how the road looks but 30 would be booooooring.

Hats off to ya Az. That is the same route that the Rose City 250 usually runs. It is a great route.
