Where are the rest of the downtown moto commuters parking? Any good deals? How about the SmartPark garages and experience there? Thanks. |

The lot on 3rd and Alder, for example, is 30 bucks/month for bikes... unlimited in/out privileges. The lot on 6th and Alder, though, is the same monthly rate as for cars, I think about 3 bills/month! I'm sure you can guess which of those two options I use, even if it does mean walking a couple blocks further!Your best source for info: http://www.portlandonline.com/smartp...35511&a=113934 |

There is some free parking here and there, but you have to look for it. With all the construction going on many times you can find a spot that is without a meter. But that's kinda sketch and not real consistent. |

Think the attendant just pocketed the $, but didn't care, dry and safe. (2002) Whenever I have stayed in Portland, the only place that has charged me full price for parking the Harley is the Hilton right downtown. |

I see several bikes in there each day. When I have ridden I just take a full spot. My company pays for a full spot for my car, so in my mind it applies for the motorcycle. Nobody has said a word yet. Most of the other bikes park in any area they can find that is out of the way. |
