I am going to have to bail out on this one. Family flies in earlier than I thought and I would have to turn back before we hit the good roads. Have fun, the weather could not be better for the end of October.

Nice ride guys!

After our last go in Klick I ran the canyon with you guys and then b-flipped it along with Canyon Rd. Hope the food was good, I was getting chilly and those corners were still calling so I ran them and headed for home.

Catch you guys on the next run.

Looks like you guys had a good time. It was an awesome day for a ride. Due to a technical setback I was late and tried to chase the group down, but did not see anyone. Which route did y'all take?

Great ride, except I injured my face on Canyon rd. It was from that ear-to-ear grin I couldn't hold back.

Great ride today guys, thanks to all for a very enjoyable day.

Hey Mark you had no problem keeping up today. So which do you like the best, The R6 or the 250?

Brian since we did not see you on the side of the road I assume you made it back with the bum sprocket? (go steel next time)

Thanks Lee for putting this one together. One of the best rides this year Good to meet some new riders and I'm glad there were not any incidents (apart from a dramatic low speed entrance ).

Unfortunately, a nubbed out sprocket ended my ride today. Coming back down to BZ, every time I got on the gas, my chain started skipping teeth Oh well, it was probably a sign that I pushed my luck far enough.

I like them both. If I could, I would have both, but can't afford it at the moment. I am ready to try something different that is more suited for street riding and year round riding, without sacrificing any corner carving capability. This one seems to do the job better than expected. But when I graduate, getting a track bike will be the first thing on my list.

What happened? Don't tell me you punctured YOUR radiator running Klickitat?! lol that would just be a scary coincidence, haha. I'm sorry I couldn't make it out today, I've been wanting to meet ya and check out your bike ever since I saw it FS on sb.ws.......Busy installing some LSL clip-ons today...WOW it's like learning to ride a motorcycle again, WHOLE different feel on the bike

On a similar note, I hate you for those rims and exhaust. My DREAM mods, haha.

Haha well yeah, I pulled into BZ Corner smelling antifreeze. Radiator looks like it got shot with a .22 I've got some nasty gooy snotty looking paste all over the left side of the block and head, down to the bottom of the headers and up the inside of the plastic. Don't know what it is, hope it wasn't the head gasket.

Um pretty much EXACTLY what happened to me, Jon. I'm sure Lee remembers quite well.
We pulled into BZ Corner and had lunch there, when I look outside at my bike and say "Is it me or is my exhaust can covered in some kind of residue??"
Sure enough, block and lower plastics and exhaust sleeve are coated in coolant, which turns into a cool white-ish looking paint job when the engine is hot........NOT!

The hole in my rad was lower L hand corner (looking at bike from in front of front rim), so I got some dist. H20 at the gas station store there and limped home, then got the hole welded...

....serves me right for going full retard coming onto the Klickitat "front straight"......
163 and rock chips do NOT mix
