I have broken bone in my right hand and the scrapes on my legs and hands which have been cleaned. Second..... I would like to thank all of you for showing your support and concern by sticking around when you didn't need to. I would like to give a huge thank you to Lena for following me to the ER and staying till she knew there were no loose ends. I would also like to thank lee650 for offering to come get me and the pile of parts formally known as my bike. Biggest lesson learned (Relearned) look to wear you wanna go, that's where the bike will go. AKA look through the corners not at them. |

So relieved you are OK. When I came around that corner and saw the bike without a front end, I expected the worst. You handled it well, though. I am impressed. |

Make sure you buy the best gear you can afford. The Sheriff would not leave the bike sitting for a few hours, until I could get back. He said he had to get it off the road and had to call a tow truck. Joe's Towing in Goldendale was going to pick it up.Big thanks to Lena for going to Hood River and waiting until after 5:00 to make sure all was ok. If you Ever need help let me know. At least the road conditions were good and the wind stopped blowing after Cook Underwood Rd. Get well soon and hope to see you out again. Last edited by Lee650; 11-15-2008 at 07:42 PM.. |
