where hall crosses over 217 in tigard there is a kindercare at one end of the overpass this "temple"? sits back in behind kindercare. I figured it would be a hard one since its so far back off the main road that most people never see it, yet still unique enough to be found by someone who knew. I guess I have to be more covert about my photo taking.

I lived in Tigard for about a year before I was like I see that building everyday on my way to work.. wtf is it? When I first drove back there was a bunch of people staring me down lol. You can see it from behind Jo-Ann fabrics(used to be Safeway on 99w & Hall). It is a small short cut I take on my way to work =P

You're not supposed to post the 'find-tag' with the location sign in the picture..

But thanks!

*edit*

The road leading to this site looks like one twisty sommabitch

100 miles? Are you sure, FZ6?

I don't know why it has to be a secret where the location is. The purpose is to get out and ride. The turnover might be faster and there might be more involvement if the location is known and there is perhaps even a discussion of the best routes to get there. Just my view from the peanut gallery.

Is that why you haven't joined us yet? But that's half the fun, playing Sherlock. Maybe you should go play Matt's game, it spells out the locations but there are three instead ...

^^^I think having the locations a mystery disadvantages those of us who haven't explored many of the Oregon routes. If the purpose is to get people out to ride, then why make it a mystery so that only those who already have ridden a lot to remote places can play?

you can always tag along with someone and get a tag. I went on a group tag with about 5 other riders once. xswebe goes out with two other riders and gets tags almost every weekend.

^^^That's a possibility. But, then, again, it frustrates those who don't recognize landmarks that only the cognizenti know. You have to arrange a time to roll when others can go. And, then you've got five or six riders all sharing the tag. How does that work? Maybe it should just be group rides to the next tag spot?

I'll butt out now. You all seem quite happy with things the way they are.

group riding has pretty much been my only option because i don't know many of the tags either so you are not the only one.

I agree, otherwise its just a ride. "Hey guys, I found a nice ride to, so and so."

I've tagged two or three and never knew where the heck they were before a few hints and a good search online. You need to put in the effort to get the payoff, IMHO.

I know where most of these have been, but I sort of get agitated having to get off the bike if it's not running on empty, or I don't have to pee. So actually stopping to snap a picture, then finding another tag is just very unsettling for my simple little mind. I do like watching you guys compete and undercut each other to get the next tag.

Brit bikes don't stop for any other reasons, huh?
Maybe you should give us a photo tag with you in it, relieving yourself, instead of the bike.

This is one of the reasons I created Follow the Leader..... now that the weather is getting nicer hopefully some of you will play that game also.
I plan on doing both...... get out and ride

Maybe I should have said I plan on CONTINUING to play both? The only reason I don't have this tag under my belt to add to my collection in this game, is that I just got back from an 1100 mile road trip to Southern Idaho for my dads birthday.

I'm going to be out of the tag game for another week and a half though. Start work tomorrow then when my weekend comes around I'm headed out on another road trip through Washington and Northern Idaho.

Not to moderate, but i'm also surprised nobody has bagged this one. I think you guys are right in saying that half the fun is figuring out where the place is. I remember giving a week for tags, so if nobody has gotten this one by Thurday we'll have to figure out what to do. You are out in Beaverton Rider4Life....go get it!
