My condolences I've had the same thing twice. Took about a year and a half to heal each time. Very Very painful What I learned after going through this is that movement is what will improve your shoulders. Painful as it is. I also found immediate relief with steroid injections. You can have one every three months. That just barely got me through till the next one was allowed. I wouldn't wish adhesive capsulitis on my worst enemy. Seriously...
