KZ400 and CM400 Cafe

Haven't been on here in awhile, thought I would throw up a couple pics of my 74 KZ400 project. Yes that is Honda Hurricane wheels and suspension, it is also getting 05 R6 rearsets. Also a couple of pics of my cousins 81 CM400 that we did a couple of years ago. I will try and keep this updated but I am horrible about taking pictures, I'm usually more interested in working.

Very nice...needs some racing stripes/checkerboard. Not too keen on the yellow. Candy apple red would of been cool. Use to have an'80 cm 400e. Nice bikes!

Oh it is not staying yellow, have not decieded on colors yet. Still have a little fab work left. Then come color and polishing.

So I went with Carrera White like the way it turned out. Got the exhaust made, new tires on (not in pic), wired, and running, just have to get the seat pad done and tune and jet the carbs.
