Got stopped by WSP in Pullman for my plate and taillights today

Second time in about a month. Good thing the last time I got stopped for it was in a different county. Also a good thing I am on a first name basis with this LEO, and most LEOs in the area...

Let's see a pic! What's wrong with your plate and taillights? Are you running your plate behind the tire?

Nope, not bragging.

I have family working at PPD and WCSO. I also work with WCSO.

It's actually more embarrassing getting stopped by someone you know rather than "bragging".

I was messing with you.

I got stopped by a trooper who was quite a jerk to me in March. Last week I had a training course and he was sitting right behind me. I'm sure he had no idea who I was.

You still ride?

Cows head or not, if you modify your bike its a good idea to re-mount the stuff that originally came on it in a legal manner, lest you get molested by the "revenooers"...

Yes, that's me
Was I angry at my throttle/clutch? Or was this after I had been stopped...

*edit*
Where is van. I need a craigslist add. I am single again. Hence the anger at the throttle/clutch.

Never take it out on the bike. Chances are its more fun to ride, only complains when it runs out of fuel and wants to keep going, and it will be much more reliable in the long run.

Yeppers. Any reason to pull you over and make a buck right now. Find those old reflectors and slap 'em back on. Make sure your plate is lighted too.
