Elk River!
Talk about an impromtu trip! I was craving huckleberry ice cream and managed to talk Johnny into riding out to Elk River with me this afternoon!

We tried to beat the rain...and lightning...back to town, but didn't quite make it. I wasn't worried about my mostly plastic bike, but with all the chrome on the Star, I expected Johnny to be toast!

Mmmmm...Elk River Lodge, aka Huckleberry Heaven!

This makes it worth the trip!

Hahahaha!! Great mode of transport...only in Idaho!

I love going to Elk River for huckleberry foods. I had huckleberry ice cream today at the Tillamook factory. I was following that storm from Tri-Cities back. Heat, rain, heat, rain, and from Dusty to Pullman, cold rain. My new boots worked much better than the sponges I used to wear.

That's a kickass trailer, btw.
