Glad I could make it to see Steve and Sherry before the big move (well, I guess Sherry might stick around for a bit). Jhony was his normal self but luckily AVB was there to take the brunt of it.

Good luck to Steve and Sherry. Flagstaff is a nice town. Just don't make the mistake I did last year of heading to Bullhead to spend the night (camping) during the summer. At least the Colorado was cold.

We will be sticking to Flag...Bullhead City is a bit hotter than humans should dare! That said, we are heading down into the Valley to visit the family, but even Phx Metro doesn't usually get as hot as Bullhead! That must've been one 'hell' of a camping trip!

It was Jeff3 and I doing a big ride. We didn't know Bullhead was so low and hot (not a lot of planning). We stopped at the harley dealership in Flag and waited out a few hour downpour and then decided to keep going to find a place to throw our sleeping bags. When we got to Bullhead at 10 pm, it was still 100. The temp probably only dipped to 85 and by 5am it was going back up. We got back up and sweltered through the mojave the next day. It was nice to finally hit cooler temps in San Diego.

What we couldn't figure out was there were a ton of people camping there. Some people must actually like the heat.

Yeah, crazy idiots. It is oppressively hot here. I cant imagine ever wanting to live here again.

Yep, Flagstaff. Steven got the offer a month after we saw you. We are here now (in Phoenix) visiting family, but Steven starts work up in Flag on Monday. I get to stay down here another blistering hot week before flying home. Hopefully I survive.

Staying with my sister in Chandler...Chandler Blvd and Az Ave. I can remember when Surprise was just a little dirt town waaaaay outside Phoenix. 4 million people kinda change things a bit!
My daughter is just north of Sun Devil Stadium on the Scottsdale border. What brings you to Scottsdale?
