| Pit Crew Joined: Jan 2006 From: Losail, Doha I Ride: Katana 750 | Parking by the Old fire Dep I saw the R1 parked by the old fire dep yesterday, he didn't seem to get a ticket. I did the same thing today(Wednesday),but did not get a ticket. Well, if it was illegal to park over there, I don't think they would give us a brake Anybody knows how much the ticket would cost if you get it there? |

Many many times we have talked about this. as for the price, its gone up. Used to be like $40, not sure now. I used to work for parking actually (and believe me, I hate the job more than people hated me for doing it, damn having to pay for school. wish MY parents coulda paid my way!) and it has been disallowed becuase there used to be a dumpster there (is it stiil?) and bikes were sticking out on the sidewalk. In fact I even parked my bike there while I was working and got a ticket. Its been a few years since I've worked there but its still enforced, so I'd refrain. Theres (covered) parking in Fine Arts and its not THAT much further to walk. Good luck |
